Nature and Creativity
They actually go hand in hand, sometimes it seems we just forgot. We'll spend some time in nature (as weather allows) to ground ourselves and get some creativity flowing.
Screenless community
This is not a strict digital detox retreat, rather a place to naturally return to being in community with others to remind ourselves that our phones may just simpy not be as important as the time spent in connection.

Who are your hosts?
Hi, we're Anne, Elise and Mel - somehow the very different lives we 3 live, have led us to cross paths and realize, we have a lot in common! We're yoga teachers, coaches, entrepreneurs who hall have had their fair share of corporate life and are all craving the same thing: to create real connection!
That is how The Switch Off Retreat was born.
